Shipping

Most orders are processed and shipped within 5 business days.

We will notify you promptly with a follow-up email if items you have selected are not currently in stock. 

We prefer to use USPS Priority Mail service. If you would like to use other shipping companies, please let us know. 

Certain items bear a Shipping Surcharge. Shipping Surcharges are shown on product pages or you will be notified promptly visa email. Shipping Surcharges will be added to the total shipping costs for your final order.

Returns/ Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your item(s) in unused/ resellable condition only within 7 days from the date of receiving. Simply follow the steps below: 

1. Email your return request to contact@kiteyany.com with your ORDER NUMBER  and receive Return Authorization.

2. Send all item(s) and a copy of your invoice in original condition and packaging to:

3. Within 1 week of receiving your returned items, we will review all returned merchandise and send email notification to you. A full refund will be issued or exchanged item(s) will be shipped to you within 5 business days. All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.*  

* We reserve the right to refuse a return. Any returned items that are damaged, altered, or show signs of wear and tear will not be accepted for refund and will be returned to sender.

* Customers are responsible for shipping and handling and insurance on all return items. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage incurred on return shipments.
